With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kory began her career in various hourly and leadership roles, quickly advancing to General Manager at the age of 29. As her career progressed, she moved into above-property leadership positions. Kory has developed extensive expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management, new hotel openings, renovations, conversions, and receiverships, working alongside major franchisors such as Choice Hotels, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and independent properties. In 2022, Kory joined Holladay Hospitality, where she now oversees operational excellence and performance across the entire portfolio.

Jason joined Holladay Hospitality Group in 2021. Originally from the area, Jason gives meaning to the phrase: “Midwest nice” as he strives to maintain a strong work ethic and an honest approach to business. Having studied in South Bend, Indiana he felt a strong calling for hospitality early on. Entering his 17th year in the industry, the calling remains just as strong as it always has. As Regional Director of Operations for Holladay Hospitality Group he works to maintain a strong sense of responsible business through collaborations with other industry professionals while maintaining the highest levels of brand, personal, and professional standards.
